Bed & Breakfast Accommodation
The Stables Room - (En suite Single Room)
Entrance - ground floor via the Utility Room outside wide door from the car park - one step down then one small step up. Tiled floor leads to bedroom passageway - room and bathroom all on level. Bed access from one side only. Access to the toilet and bath shower, too narrow for a wheelchair.

Garden Room - En suite double Bedded Room
Access from the car park wide door, 2 small steps up into the room. Area clear on both sides of the bed. Bathroom very narrow to acces toilet - basin bath with shower.

Orchard Room - En suite Twin Bedded Room
Access direct from the car park wide door, 2 small steps up into the room. 1 side avalable clear to approach 1 single bed, second single bed can be approached from either side. Bathroom very narrow, access to toilet, bath and shower too narrow for a wheelchair.

Dining Room for Breakfast Service
Access provided easily from the drive way via a wide front door, down one step into the dining room (wide entrance doors). One large table usually seats up to 6 people. There are no legs under the table to obstruct a wheelchair.


Self Catering Accommodation
Parlour Apartment
Access from the parking area only via an external 16 step substantial wooden staircase. Single high step into hall. Level floor to the small bathroom and standard door into the twin bedded bedroom, up 1 step into the kitchen and lounge / dining room.

Snug Apartment
Access direct from the parking area. One small threshold step into the small lounge dining room, then through the kitchenette into the double bedded bedroom (access to bed from either side and then on through into the narrow bathroom - which definitely cannot accommodate a wheelchair - unfortunately.
